Preon Medicine accepts the following article types:

Review Article 8,000 words Unstructured (250 words)
Case Report 2,000 words Unstructured (150 words)
Editorial 1,500 words Not required
Letter to Editor 800 words Not required

Manuscript Preparation

Title Page
  • Full title of the manuscript
  • Names and affiliations of all authors
  • Corresponding author's contact information
  • Word count (excluding abstract and references)
Abstract

For original research articles, the abstract should be structured with the following sections:

  • Background: Brief context and objective
  • Methods: Study design and methods
  • Results: Main findings
  • Conclusion: Key implications
Keywords

Provide 5-8 keywords that accurately describe your research.

Main Text

Original research articles should follow this structure:

  • Introduction: Background and objectives
  • Methods: Study design, participants, procedures, statistical analysis
  • Results: Findings in logical sequence
  • Discussion: Interpretation and implications
  • Conclusion: Summary and future directions

Use Vancouver style for references. Number references consecutively in the order they appear in the text.

  • Line spacing: Double-spaced
  • Page numbers: All pages should be numbered

Ethical Guidelines

  • Studies involving human subjects must have ethical approval
  • Informed consent must be obtained for human studies
  • Animal studies must follow ARRIVE guidelines
  • Conflict of interest must be declared
  • All authors must approve the final manuscript
